Role Description
This role is for a skilled Project Architect based in our Durban studio. You will take ownership of projects through the technical and implementation stages, ensuring that design intent is translated into well-coordinated, buildable solutions. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in documentation, coordination, and seeing projects through to completion on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through technical design and implementation stages (Stages 3–6)
- Produce and manage detailed construction documentation
- Coordinate consultants and resolve technical interfaces
- Drive project delivery to ensure quality, programme, and budget alignment
- Support contract administration and site processes where required
- Ensure designs are executed efficiently and buildable on site

Qualifying Criteria
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience, with proven delivery of built projects
- Demonstrated experience taking projects through all work stages, with a strong focus on implementation and completion
- Strong technical competency and understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred (or willingness to learn)
- SACAP Professional Registration (or close to registration)

- This position is based in our Durban office
- Remuneration is market-related and aligned with experience, including benefits (post-probation)
- Candidates must be eligible to work in South Africa and able to work from the office
