About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic, design-led practice based at our Woodstock, Cape Town studio. This role is suited to a technically strong, detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of projects from design development through to construction, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance.
Senior Architectural Technician
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience
Requirements:
- Professional registration with SACAP is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural documentation and project delivery.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of municipal approval processes and construction documentation.
- Ability to work independently and within a project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawing packages.
- Assist with municipal and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate drawings with consultants.
- Produce accurate construction documentation.
- Support project leaders during construction stages.

- The remuneration package, which includes group life cover (post probation) will be commensurate with experience.
