Set against the backdrop of Sharjah’s longest Green River, this visionary community blends resort-style amenities, seamless Dubai connectivity, and sustainable design to redefine everyday living.
Crafted by Craft of Architecture, Al Tay Hills transforms land, culture, and innovation into an iconic destination where modern life takes root and thrives.
The master plan features approximately 1,000 villas and townhouses thoughtfully arranged on a plot that is 200 meters wide and 2.5 kilometers long. The layout is linear, connected by the Green River, which includes a pedestrian garden featuring a 5 kilometer loop promenade. The design emphasizes individual clusters for residents, based on the unique “Street of Dreams” concept. Each cluster, consisting of 6 to 8 villas, shares a landscaped forecourt that is designed to be pedestrian-friendly.
The design team at Craft of Architecture dedicated significant effort to the design of the villas. The aesthetic is shaped by the sculptural forms of the upper floors, which house bedrooms that require a careful balance between privacy and views. The ground floors are open plan, featuring wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling openings that create a seamless connection to the Arizona-inspired gardens
