Within the natural beauty of Noordhoek, this private equestrian estate is a family‑led project developed by long‑standing clients. After working with the design team on earlier collaborations, the family returned to create their own home.
Developed for their daughter, an avid show jumper, the estate is conceived as both a residence and a training facility. Located along Dassenheuwel Lane, it blends warm, contemporary architecture with stables and equestrian facilities that support the daughter’s riding and training needs.
The house and barn are being built by a family member with a background in bridge‑building in Italy, bringing precision and structural expertise to the project. Careful consideration has been given to the layout of the paddocks and the placement of buildings within the site, ensuring a functional, well‑integrated design.
