Collectively, they define the Sibaya identity—lush, walkable, and community-focused—while evolving to meet future needs. From the refined, integrated living environments of OceanDune and Pebble Beach in Node 1 to the dynamic residential, retail, healthcare, and commercial offerings emerging in Node 5, these nodes reflect a shared commitment to sustainability, mobility, and placemaking. With 60% of the land across the precinct reserved for open space, Node 1 and 5 together exemplify Sibaya’s long-term vision for green, connected, and people-centric development
