Tatali Precinct at Zimbali Lakes Resort

KwaDukuza, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa

A masterplan & urban design vision is laid out over the steeply sloping terrain. The proposed built environment will cover over 20 floors from its lowers point to the highest. It’s comprised of ten independent sites designed to work as one with 100 500sqm of combined bulk & 100 000sqm of total site area and uses, including hotel, residential, retail and offices.

The concept is developed around the featured public park and waterfront linked by a stepped piazza – designed like a high street with shops and cafes.
