Large scale master planning and development comprising of: residential, retirement, commercial, retail and recreational zones.
The Development and Urban Design Framework are founded on a vision of the Node 6 site as a ‘Residential Park’. This builds on the consolidated Node 1 & 5, surrounding developments, and mixed lifestyle activities to promote the creation of an integrated people centred, diverse, residential node. The aim is to combine the surroundings through the creation of a green central spine connecting the node to the natural forest and views of the sea. This is achieved by the establishment of more environmentally and ecologically balanced lifestyle development.
